A Farm to Fizz class using fresh fruits, herbs, & botanicals to make Ciders, Kombucha, Meads, Vinegars, Syrups, and natural sodas.
During this class we will learn the process of making craft cider, natural soda, mead, medicinal tonic, herbal vinegars to use as bases and bubblys, apple cider vinegar, syrups, and kombuchas.
Participants will have a chance to harvest and process fruits and herbs on the farm to make their own fermented beverage to bring home.
